Dear brothers and sisters,
The Romanian Baptist Churches in Atlanta, GA, have the great joy of inviting you to the 106th Congress of the Romanian Baptist Churches in the United States and Canada, to be held from 31 August to 2 September 2018 in Atlanta, GA.
The theme of this congress is inspired by the famous word of the Lord Jesus known as the “Sermon on the Mount”:
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. – Matthew 5:14
We want to look for the face of God in fellowship and to be encouraged and motivated to testify in the midst of this fallen generation, to be convincing testimonies of the Kingdom of God in this morally and spiritually confused world.
At the same time, at this congress during Saturday evening worship, we intend to publicly show our gratitude to God for the way he used the fr. Pit Popovici to have a great impact on the Romanian people all over the world. If the Lord will, in September, 2018 fr. Pit is celebrating the beautiful age of 100 years.
Pray for a congress where the Lord’s face shines upon us and our hearts are touched and captivated by the presence of the Holy Spirit.
