Peter Marianek, born on July 3, 1974 in Caransebes, Romania finished his earthly journey on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the age of 45.
Peter will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his loving parents, Petru and Maria Marianek, his sisters, Alina Nicoara, Ema Mocuta, Zoie Jurma, and his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Peter devoted the last years of his life to strengthening his relationship with the Lord by reading his Bible and devotions daily. He was also a writer and loved to send notes and verses to his family. One of his notes said “My Christ, my loving Savior, I love you because you first loved me. Now, my gratitude to you Lord, will never be sufficient, but only through You Jesus; by Your death on that cross, You wiped my tears forever, by your unselfish, loving act. I thank you Christ, Lord Jesus with tears of loving joy that through Your loving mercy, Your grace, You gave to me, and so, until my last breath my lips will thank You, Jesus, for I will live with Thee, my true love, my Savior!”
Although he endured trials in his life, Peter constantly put others before himself. His caring and generous heart reached out to everyone he met with words of encouragement.
Peter Marianek deeply loved and cherished Jesus, his family and friends. His love for his daughter Grace was truly one of a kind.
While his earthly journey has ended, his journey with the Lord in heaven has just begun.
