DESCRIPTION:Angela was born on the January 2 1957\, the first born of Ioan and Ana Mircu. In May 1958 her sister Ani was born and in August 1962 her brother Adrian. \nAngela attended grade school in Obreja and middle school in Caransebes. In 1976 Angela graduated from high school in Otelu Rosu. \nIn August 1976 Angela was baptized together with her sister Ani in the baptist church in Obreja where pastor was Ionica Muroni. \nAngela worked as an accountant at the city council in Obreja for 6 years until 1983 when she emigrated together with her parents and brother Adrian to the USA in Los Angeles. In Los Angeles were her sister Ani and brother in law John Gavrila\, Rodica and Ted Gavrila and the Stalinescu family. \nIn Los Angeles she attended the baptist church where pastor was brother Pitt Popovici. In 1984 the whole family moved to Chicago where they were members of the Romanian Baptist Church\, pastors were Alexa Popovici and Valentin Popovici. At church she met Mircea Dulceanu and they were married on September 15 1990. They had a beautiful and happy marriage with a large extended family. \nIn Chicago she took Medical Assistant courses and worked for 12 years in Dr’s office. In 2002 they decided to move to Atlanta where her sister Ani and brother in law John lived\, in order to help take care of their parents which were sick. \nIn 2005 her mom Ana Mircu\, went to be with the Lord at only 68 years old.\nIn Atlanta they were members of First Romanian Baptist Church where pastors were Titi Cocian and Cristi Cocian. At church they had beautiful fellowship and many friends. \nIn Atlanta Angela worked for 18 years at a cardiology office\, here she was loved by the doctors\, colleagues and patients. For 8 years Angela and Mircea took care of her father Ioan Mircu who suffered from dementia. In 2021 her father Ioan Mircu went to be with the Lord. \nIn 2022 Angela retired and was very happy taking care of the flowers and vegetables in her garden\, together with Mircea. They had a happy and tranquil life but in 2023 she was diagnosed with cancer which she fought for almost 2 years. \nAngela was joyful and friendly so she had lots of friends. Angela is survived by her husband Mircea; sister Ani and husband John Gavrila and their children: Emanuel\, Johny and Mellisa; brother Adrian and wife Lili and their children: Abby\, Becky and Jonathan; sister in law Ani Leascu and husband Emanuel and their son Nathanaiel; brother in law Romeo and his\nson David Dulceany; uncle Nick and his wife Roxana Arcan and many more relatives and friends among which\, her best friend who was like sister Rodica Gavrila with her husband Ted and their family. Angela loved her family\, her church family and her friends who are to many to mention. \nAngela we will all miss you a lot but we live with the Lord’s promise that we will meet again in heaven where there is no more pain and suffering.

SUMMARY:Funeral Service - Cristian Marius Selagea
DESCRIPTION:Cristian Marius Selagea 6/9/1975 -6/24/2024 \nCristian Marius Selagea (Cris or Kiki) left this side of heaven and stepped into glory\, on June 24th\, 2024\, at 6:35PM\, after a very long battle with MS. He is survived by his wife Ioana\, his son Gabe\, parents Timotei and Ligia\, sister Daniela and brother-in-law\, Sorin\, his nieces and their families\, aunts and uncles here in the States and in Romania\, many cousins and in law family in Romania. He is also survived by an even larger group of close friends who made the choice to join Cris’ difficult journey and offered help\, love and compassion in some of the most difficult moments of his life. \nWith the help of his close family and friends\, Cris lived a full life\, raised an amazing son and made his wife and parents proud\, traveled and made many memories\, loved the Lord with all his might\, witnessed our Jesus to as many people he could and didn’t complain at all when the illness took its toll on his body. His beautiful and serene smile was his signature and the memory many people that knew him will keep in their hearts and minds. \nCris was born in Ocna Mures\, Romania and moved to United States of America when he was 9 years of age. He lived for one year in Chicago\, after which his family moved to Atlanta\, Ga. He was part of the First Romanian Baptist Church family and was loved by many. \nHe loved the Lord from a young age and understood he was forgiven of his sins and saved through Jesus’ sacrifice at the cross. He got baptized in 1989 at First Romanian Baptist Church and was part of this church and community until he took his last breath. He loved learning from the Word\, serving and singing. \nOn July 31st 1999\, Cris met Ioana and shortly after\, he asked her to be his wife. They got married in October 9th\, 1999 and started their lives together. A month later\, they would receive the devastating diagnosis of MS\, which would change the course of their lives. While not easy\, they learned to rely on the Lord and the help of close family and friends and trust God would provide the necessary strength each step of the way. \nOn July 31st\, 2004 they welcomed their miracle baby\, Gabriel Cristian\, who grew up to be an amazing source of joy for the entire family\, but especially for Cris. The bond they developed can’t be described into words. He loved the beach\, cars\, spending time with his family and friends and adored food\, chocolate and Romanian deserts. \nHe also loved to praise God through music and the Desculti event was the highlight of the year. He loved to make friends and he never met a person he couldn’t find something to talk about. He was kind\, loving\, generous\, funny and an amazing son\, brother\, husband\, father\, uncle and friend. \nThe wake will take place on Friday\, June 28th\, at 7:00pm at First Romanian Baptist Church: 1280 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd\, Lawrenceville Ga\, 30043. \nFuneral service will be held Sunday\, June 30\, 2024\, at 3:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. DESCRIPTION:Cristian Marius Selagea 6/9/1975 -6/24/2024 \nCristian Marius Selagea (Cris or Kiki) left this side of heaven and stepped into glory\, on June 24th\, 2024\, at 6:35PM\, after a very long battle with MS. He is survived by his wife Ioana\, his son Gabe\, parents Timotei and Ligia\, sister Daniela and brother-in-law\, Sorin\, his nieces and their families\, aunts and uncles here in the States and in Romania\, many cousins and in law family in Romania. He is also survived by an even larger group of close friends who made the choice to join Cris’ difficult journey and offered help\, love and compassion in some of the most difficult moments of his life. \nWith the help of his close family and friends\, Cris lived a full life\, raised an amazing son and made his wife and parents proud\, traveled and made many memories\, loved the Lord with all his might\, witnessed our Jesus to as many people he could and didn’t complain at all when the illness took its toll on his body. His beautiful and serene smile was his signature and the memory many people that knew him will keep in their hearts and minds. \nCris was born in Ocna Mures\, Romania and moved to United States of America when he was 9 years of age. He lived for one year in Chicago\, after which his family moved to Atlanta\, Ga. He was part of the First Romanian Baptist Church family and was loved by many. \nHe loved the Lord from a young age and understood he was forgiven of his sins and saved through Jesus’ sacrifice at the cross. He got baptized in 1989 at First Romanian Baptist Church and was part of this church and community until he took his last breath. He loved learning from the Word\, serving and singing. \nOn July 31st 1999\, Cris met Ioana and shortly after\, he asked her to be his wife. They got married in October 9th\, 1999 and started their lives together. A month later\, they would receive the devastating diagnosis of MS\, which would change the course of their lives. While not easy\, they learned to rely on the Lord and the help of close family and friends and trust God would provide the necessary strength each step of the way. \nOn July 31st\, 2004 they welcomed their miracle baby\, Gabriel Cristian\, who grew up to be an amazing source of joy for the entire family\, but especially for Cris. The bond they developed can’t be described into words. He loved the beach\, cars\, spending time with his family and friends and adored food\, chocolate and Romanian deserts. \nHe also loved to praise God through music and the Desculti event was the highlight of the year. He loved to make friends and he never met a person he couldn’t find something to talk about. He was kind\, loving\, generous\, funny and an amazing son\, brother\, husband\, father\, uncle and friend. \nThe wake will take place on Friday\, June 28th\, at 7:00pm at First Romanian Baptist Church: 1280 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd\, Lawrenceville Ga\, 30043. \nFuneral service will be held Sunday\, June 30\, 2024\, at 3:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. SUMMARY:Funeral - Flaviu Muntean
DESCRIPTION:It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband\, father\, and grandfather\, Flaviu Muntean. Born on July 28\, 1939\, in the town of Ocna-Mureș\, Alba County\, he was part of the family of Aurel and Aurelia Muntean\, alongside his four siblings: Virgil\, Tănase\, Lia\, and Felicia. \nFlaviu spent his youth learning and working\, completing high school and technical school in Alba-Iulia\, and then serving in Cluj-Napoca. In 1976\, God brought Cornelia Gal into his life\, and they started a family that same year. Flaviu was blessed with the birth of his first child\, Flavia\, in 1977\, and in 1981\, their family grew once more with the arrival of their second child\, Florin.  \nHe leaves behind his wife\, Cornelia\, and their two children: Flavia and her husband\, Emanuel\, along with their children Nathan and Matthew\, and Florin and his wife\, Oana\, along with their children Jack and Petra.  \nFlaviu was a gentle\, lively\, loving\, and devoted man\, whose character reflected the image of Christ. His passions for gardening\, beekeeping\, traveling\, and spending time with family brought joy and light to the hearts of those around him.  \nHe will remain forever in our hearts\, and the beautiful memories shared with him will always be a source of comfort in times of sadness. Farewell\, our dear husband\, father\, and grandfather\, until we meet again in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. \n“I have fought the good fight\, I have finished the race\, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness\, which the Lord\, the righteous judge\, will award to me on that day\, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.” – 2 Timothy 4:7-8 \nThe funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday May 18th at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel and Gardens located in Buford at 3481 Hamilton Mill Road.

La virsta de patru ani a rămas orfană de mama și a fost crescută de o mătușă care cu toate că a rămas văduvă de război a crescut-o pe Maria împreună cu cei doi copii ai săi. \nLa virsta de 18 ani la mărturisit pe Domnul Isus ca mântuitor și a fost botezată de fratele Mircu Cocar în biserica baptistă din Moldova Nouă. \nLa virsta de 25 de ani s-a căsătorit cu George Craiovan\, un tinar din biserica în urma căruia au fost binecuvântați cu trei copii\, Nori\, Tavi și Adrian. \nÎn 1983 la urmat pe soțul ei în America unde a trăit o viață binecuvântată\, mai întâi în California apoi în Atlanta. \nÎn 2020 fiul cel mai tânăr Adrian a plecat la Domnul\, aceasta producând o mare durere pentru ea. \nA last în urmă copii Nori și Tavi\, nepoții Octavian\, Loredana\, Sebastian\, David\, Patricia și Thomas precum și strănepoții Mercedes\, Alexis\, Ilijiah\, Scarlet\, Olivia\, Camden and Charlotte. \nA fost o femeie credincioasă și un bun exemplu pentru familia ei și cei din jur.
