SUMMARY:Funeral - Flaviu Muntean
DESCRIPTION:It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband\, father\, and grandfather\, Flaviu Muntean. Born on July 28\, 1939\, in the town of Ocna-Mureș\, Alba County\, he was part of the family of Aurel and Aurelia Muntean\, alongside his four siblings: Virgil\, Tănase\, Lia\, and Felicia. \nFlaviu spent his youth learning and working\, completing high school and technical school in Alba-Iulia\, and then serving in Cluj-Napoca. In 1976\, God brought Cornelia Gal into his life\, and they started a family that same year. Flaviu was blessed with the birth of his first child\, Flavia\, in 1977\, and in 1981\, their family grew once more with the arrival of their second child\, Florin.  \nHe leaves behind his wife\, Cornelia\, and their two children: Flavia and her husband\, Emanuel\, along with their children Nathan and Matthew\, and Florin and his wife\, Oana\, along with their children Jack and Petra.  \nFlaviu was a gentle\, lively\, loving\, and devoted man\, whose character reflected the image of Christ. His passions for gardening\, beekeeping\, traveling\, and spending time with family brought joy and light to the hearts of those around him.  \nHe will remain forever in our hearts\, and the beautiful memories shared with him will always be a source of comfort in times of sadness. Farewell\, our dear husband\, father\, and grandfather\, until we meet again in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. \n“I have fought the good fight\, I have finished the race\, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness\, which the Lord\, the righteous judge\, will award to me on that day\, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.” – 2 Timothy 4:7-8 \nThe funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday May 18th at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel and Gardens located in Buford at 3481 Hamilton Mill Road.
